Figen Kocaman is a seasoned General Manager and strategic consultant with over 20 years of cross-border experience spanning Türkiye, the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait. Beginning her career at two Big Four firms — PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Deloitte & Touche — she built deep expertise in assurance, auditing, and corporate governance before ascending to executive leadership across multiple sectors and geographies.
As co-founder and General Manager of Cataphract Technology & Logistics FZCO, she leads with a practitioner's instinct: closing the distance between opportunity and execution through warehouse partnerships, supplier structuring, and high-standard M&A advisory across GCC and international markets.
